Lincoln County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Washington. Det ligger i de østlige delene av staten og det grenser mot Ferry County i nord, Stevens County i nordvest, Spokane County i øst, Whitman County i sørøst, Adams County i sør, Grant County i vest og mot Okanogan County i nordvest.

Lincoln Countys totale areal er 6 060 km² hvorav 74 km² er vann. I 2000 hadde fylket 10 184 innbyggere og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Davenport som også er fylkets største by. Fylket ble grunnlagt i 1883 og det har fått sitt navn etter president Abraham Lincoln.
