Leikanger prestegård ligger like nedenfor Leikanger kirke i Sogn og Fjordane. Våningshuset bygd av Gerhard Geelmuyden i 1752 ble revet i 1911 og flyttet til Norsk Folkemuseum på Bygdøy. Det nåværende våningshuset er fra 1912 og ble bygget av Fredrik Vilhelm Bull-Hansen (1852–1923), som var prest her fra 1897 til sin død.
Prestegården rommer også borgstue, vedskåle og eldhus fra 1700-tallet og en garasje fra 1950-tallet. Tidligere fantes også et naust, og på berghammeren mot fjorden en liten rødmalt «bergstue». Denne ble gitt til Leikanger kommune i 1850-årene og flyttet til klokkergården. Den ble brukt som skole og senere lokale for Leikanger Sparebank, til den ble revet i 1938. Prestegården er fredet.
Prestegårdshagen inneholder mange sjeldne trær.
