Jerome Cousins Biffle (1928–2002) var en amerikansk friidrettsutøver.
I 1952 ble han nummer to i den amerikanske uttakingen til OL 1952 i Helsingfors. I OL gikk han til topps i lengdekonkurransen, med et hopp på 7,57 m, fire centimeter foran landsmannen Meredith Gourdine, som hadde vunnet i uttakingen.
