Innwa eller Ava (burmesisk: အင်းဝမြို့, pali: Ratnapura som betyr edelstenens by) er den gamle hovedstaden i det tidligere kongedømmet Ava i Mandalay i Myanmar.[1]

Innwa ligger ca 6,5 km sydvest for Amarapura og ca 20 km sydvest for Mandalay. Der møtes elvene Irrawaddy og Mjitnge. Syd for Innwa ligger Myittha-kanalen som forbinder de to elvene og derved gjør Innwa til en øy. Byen er omgitt av en yttre og en indre bymur. Et stort antall buddhistiske templer ligger i Innwa.
Innwa ble grunnlagt i 1364 og var frem til 1783 hovedstad for Ava. Byen ble hovedstad igjen fra 1822 frem til 1837/38. I 1841 ble Innwa nesten fullstendig ødelagt i et stort jordskjelv. Etter dette ble hovedstaden lagt til Amarapura.[2][1]
