«Gefionspringvannet» (på dansk Gefionspringvandet eller Gefion, der med sine øksne pløjer Sjælland ud af Sverige) er et verk av den danske billedhuggeren Anders Bundgaard fra 1908, plassert ved enden av Amaliegade overfor Kastellet. Det er forbundet med Langelinie via Gefionbroen.

I anledning Carlsbergs 50-årsjubileum i 1897, betalte Carlsbergfondet sammen med Københavns kommunes Kunstfond Bundgaard for verket. Det var opprinnelig meningen at springvannet skulle plasseres sentralt i byen – på Rådhuspladsen. I stedet ble det bestemt at det skulle stå på et sted nær Øresund, hvor det står den dag i dag.[1] Martin Nyrop, som hadde tegnet det nye rådhuset, fikk som erstatning springvannet med tyren som kjemper mot dragen, «Dragespringvannet».[2]
I august 1999 stengte kommunen vannforsyningen til springvannet, da man oppdaget at det daglig lekket 15-50 m³ vann ut av det. Fra april 2003 til august 2004 arbeidet en entreprenør med renoveringen for å stoppe lekkasjen.[3] Den 7. september 2004 ble springvannet gjenåpnet.[4]

Ifølge myten var det den svenske sagnkongen Gylfe, som ga gudinnen Gefion (Gjevjon) lov til å beholde det landområde som hun i løpet av en natt kunne pløye ut av Sverige. Gefion forvandlet sine fire kjempesønner til okser, og med dem pløyde hun ut et enormt stykke land. Landområdet ble kastet i havet mellom Fyn og Sverige og ble til Sjælland. Det etterlatte hullet ble til Mälaren. Verkets offisielle navn er av denne grunn Gefion, der med sine øksne pløjer Sjælland ud af Sverige.
