Eysteinkyrkja, eller Eysteinskyrkja, er en kirke bygd i en vifteplan fra 1969 i Dovre kommune, Innlandet fylke.

Kirka har navn etter Kong Eystein, som ifølge sagaen lot bygge et sælehus for de reisende over Dovrefjell.
Det er kjent fra Aslak Bolts jordebok at det har ligget en kirke på Hjerkinn i middelalderen, men det finnes ingen datering for denne, verken for etablering eller for den ble borte. Men den i lokale navnetradisjonen har et av jordene nedenfor Hjerkinn fjellstue navnet kirkejordet. Dette kan være en indikasjon på hvor middelalderkirken på Hjerkinn har ligget.
Kirka har bare delvis funksjoner som menighetskirke, og tjener også som møtested for tre fylker som møtes på Hjerkinn, og som pilegrimskirke på Pilegrimsleia over Dovrefjell.
