Damhus Sø eller Damhussøen er en innsjø som ligger i Københavns kommune mellom Vanløse, Rødovre, Roskildevej og Damhusengen. Det grønne området henger sammen med Grøndalsparken, Krogebjergparken og Vigerslevparken. Innsjøen har et areal på 46 hektar.

Demningen som ligger mot syd ble bygget i 1621 og hadde som formål å sikre en stabil vannmengde i sjøen og en bedre vannforsyning til København via Grøndalsåen og Ladegårdsåen. Flere demninger ble bygget i 1849.
Harrestrup Å som tidligere løp gjennom innsjøen ble lagt i rør i 1938 med demninger på hver side i den østlige siden av engen. Samtidig ble Bagsøen drenert og hermed oppsto Damhusengen. Innsjøen og engen fikk parkstatus i 1941 og har vært fredet siden 1966.
