Båstad kirke er en korskirke fra 1860 i Båstad i Indre Østfold kommune i Østfold fylke. Den tilhører Den norske kirke og hører til Østre Borgesyssel prosti i Borg bispedømme.

Byggverket er i tre og har 503 plasser.
I Båstad har det fra middelalderen vært en annekskirke under Trøgstad hovedkirke. Den gamle kirken lå like nord for dagens kirkegård, på grunnen til gården Kirkeby. Utover 1800-tallet ble det imidlertid klart at den gamle trekirken var i ferd med å råtne, og i 1855 vedtok formannskapet i Trøgstad å reise en ny.
Da den nye kirken sto ferdig i 1860, ble den gamle revet, og materialene solgt. En lysekrone i messing fra 1662 og døpefatet fra 1668 var det eneste inventaret som fulgte med over i det nye bygget. Kirken var på det tidspunktet svært enkelt innredet; altertavlen kom på plass i 1870, og orgelet ble tatt i bruk i 1876.
Kirken hadde ikke oppvarming før i 1868, da to kakkelovner ble satt opp. I 1936 fikk den elektrisk belysning.
I 1923 ble det oppført et eget gravkapell på kirkegården. Dette ble revet på 1970-tallet.
