Brienzersjøen (tysk: Brienzersee) er en innsjø i kantonen Bern i det sentrale Sveits. Elva Aare renner ut av innsjøen ved byen Interlaken, og munner etter en kort strekning ut i Thunersjøen.
Brienzersjøen ble skapt etter den siste istiden. Fram til 1000-tallet var Thunersjøen og Brienzersjøen en sammenhengende sjø kalt Wendelsee. Denne sjøen ble delt av sedimenter fra elvene og bekkene som rant ut i Interlaken-området.[2]
Siden 1839 har det vært passasjerbåtstrafikk på innsjøen. Flåten, som nå er på 5 skip, drives av firmaet BLS AG.
