Brandenburg-Görden fengsel (tysk: Justizvollzuganstalt (JVA) Brandenburg an der Havel) er et fengsel i bydelen Görden i byen Brandenburg an der Havel. Fengselet ble oppført 1928 til 1931.[1] Det ble til 1935 omdannet til det sikreste og mest moderne arresthus i Europa, med plass til omkring 1800 innsatte.[trenger referanse]
Fengselsområdet omfatter et museum over anlegget i den nasjonalsosialistiske perioden 1933 til 1945 (Zuchthaus Brandenburg-Görden).[2] I denne perioden var nær 60 % av de innsatte politiske fanger. På begynnelsen av den andre verdenskrig kom dømte fra hele Europa til fengslet. Fra 1940 var fengslet også rettersted da det ble installert en giljotin i en av garasjene. Ca. 2030 mennesker ble henrettet i Brandenburg-Görlitz fengsel i løpet av krigsårene.
Etter avslutningen krigen ble fengselet tatt i bruk for arresterte motstandere av det rådende SED-regimet.[2]
