Baglihar-demningen er en demning for flomkontroll og irrigasjon i delstaten Jammu og Kashmir i India, på elven Chenab. Konstruksjonen av anlegget var omstridt på grunn av Indusavtalen om vannfordeling i elven mellom Pakistan og India. I 2007 ble det enighet om å redusere oppdemmingen noe.

Installert vannkrafteffekt er 690 MW. Anlegget ble ferdigstilt i 2004 (trinn 1, 450 MW) og oktober 2008 med trinn 2.
