Anoeciidae er en gruppe med plantelus som hører til gruppen bladlus (i vid forstand), Aphidomorpha. De er insekter med sugende munndeler og hører til i den store gruppen nebbmunner.

Slektene Aiceona og Anoecia har ganske forskjellig levevis og det er usikkert om denne familien utgjør en monofyletisk gruppe. Aiceona-artene, som lever i Øst-Asia, lever på trær i laurbærfamilien (Lauraceae) og har ikke vertsveksling. Et uvanlig trekk er at kjønnede individer blir produsert kontinuerlig, og at disse vanligvis har vinger (hos nesten alle andre bladlus produseres de bare til visse tider og er vingeløse). Anoecia-artene har vertsveksling og veksler mellom kornell (Cornus spp.) og gress. De kjønnede individene blir bare produsert til visse tider og er vingeløse.
