Myla (russisk Мыла) er ei elv i Republikken Komi i Russland og ei av sideelvane til Tsilma frå høgre.

Ho er 186 km lang og har eit nedslagsfelt på 2 700 km².
Dei største sideelvane hennar er Verkhnjaja Valsa (Øvre Valsa) og Kamennaja Valsa (Steinete Valsa), begge frå venstre.
Myla har utspring i Timanhøgdene, nordvest i Republikken Komi og nær grensa til Arkhangelsk oblast. Ho renn nordover og den nedre del av ho er svingete. Langs elva ligg fleire landsbyar.
Myla munnar ut i Tsilma fem kilometer nedanfor landsbyen Myla.
