Ust-Kut (russisk Усть-Кут) er ein by i Irkutsk oblast i Russland med om lag 45 000 innbyggjarar. Han ligg ved elva Lena, rundt 510 km nordvest for Irkutsk.

Byen vart grunnlagt i 1631 av kosakk-ataman Ivan Galkin, som bygde eit fort der. Staden fekk offisiell bystatus i 1954.
I 1951 nådde jernbanen frå Tajsjet fram til Ust-Kut. Byen vart dermed den første og einaste elvehamna ved elva Lena med jernbanesamband, og han vart dermed eit viktig knutepunkt for transport til og frå stader langs Lena, så som mesteparten av Sakha. Ust-Kut markerte slutten på jernbanelinja til i 1974, då byggearbeidet starta på utvidinga av banen, som no er kjend som Bajkal-Amur-Magistral (BAM, austover mot Bajkalsjøen og vidare. Byen vart hovudkvarter under bygginga av den vestlege seksjonen av BAM.
Ust-Kut lufthamn ligg 9 km nord for byen.
Leon Trotskij var i eksil i Ust-Kut i nokre år.
