Seiland (nordsamisk Sievju) er ei øy sørvest for Hammerfest by i Vest-Finnmark i Finnmark fylke. Øya er delt mellom Hammerfest og Alta kommune, og har eit areal på 559 km². Ho er den åttande største i Noreg, når ein ikkje reknar med Svalbard, og den fjortande største om ein reknar med Svalbard. Det høgaste punktet på Seiland er Seilandstuva på 1079 moh. Øya er omgjeven av Sørøya i nord, Kvaløya i nordaust, fastlandet i aust og sør og Stjernøya i sørvest.

Arkeologiske funn har vist at det har vore folk på Seiland i om lag 7000 år. I dag er det berre i Kårhamn, Hønseby, Eidvågeidet, Fiskebukta, Survika, Altneset og Hakkstabben det bur folk, og fleire mindre fiskevær på øya er fråflytte. Seiland har 190 innbyggarar (2007), 150 av dei bur i Hammerfest kommune og 40 i Alta kommune.
Øya er sommarbeite for rein som går på Finnmarksvidda om vinteren. Seiland nasjonalpark vart oppretta i 2006, og femner 316 km² av øya.
Det er to isbrear på Seiland, Seilandsjøkelen og Nordmannsjøkelen.
Noko av øya låg i dåverande Kvalsund kommune fram til kommunen blei del av Hammerfest i 2020.
