Seerhein («Rhinensjøen») er ei om lag fire kilometer lang elv ved Bodensjøen. Ho renn frå Øvre Bodensjøen til Nedre Bodensjøen. Vassnivået i den nedre delen av innsjøen ligg om lag 30 cm lågare enn i den øvre delen. Elva vert rekna som ein del av Rhinen, som renn ut i Bodensjøen som Alpenrhein (Alperhinen) og vidare ut frå innsjøen som Hochrhein. Seerhein oppstod etter den siste istida, for om lag 11 500 år sidan. Ei stund etter denne perioden fall vassnivået i Bodensjøen om lag ti meter og dei grunne delane vart trøølagde. Somme delar av Seerhein har same karakter som ein innsjø.
Grensa mellom Tyskland og Sveits går langs midten av den nedre delen av elva. Den tyske byen Konstanz ligg på begge sider av den øvre delen av elva.
