Marks Peak er eit fjell (3325 moh) på sørsida av kraterkanten of Mount Hampton i Executive Committee Range i Marie Byrd Land. Det vart kartlagd av US Geological Survey (USGS) frå landmålingar og flyfoto tekne av U.S. Navy, 1958-60. Det vart namngjeve av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) etter Keith E. Marks, ein elektrikar i National Bureau of Standards og eit medlem av gruppa som kryssa Marie Byrd Land, 1959-60.
