Læsø kommune er ein dansk kommune i Region Nordjylland. Kommunen utgjer øya Læsø midt ute i Kattegat mellom Danmark og Sverige. Kommunen vart oppretta i 1842 av sokna Byrum, Vesterø og Hals.[2]
Kommunen har 1 759 (2024) innbyggjarar og administrasjonssenteret ligg i Byrum.
