Iringa er ein by i Iringa-region i Tanzania, med ein folkesetnad på 112 900 (2004). Han ligg på 7.77° sør og 5.69° aust. Namnet kjem frå hehe-ordet lilinga, som tyder festning. Festninga og hovudkvarteret til Chief Mkwawa låg i landsbyen Kalenga like ved på 1890-talet.
