Garaşsyz, Bitarap, Türkmenistanyň Döwlet Gimni er den turkmenske nasjonalsongen. Han blei teken i bruk som nasjonalsong i 1996, og så med noko endra tekst i 2008.[1] Musikken blei skriven av komponisten Veli Mukhatov,[2] som også hadde skrive musikken til Den turkmenske sosialistiske sovjetrepublikken sin nasjonalsong.
Den opphavlege teksten blei skriven av den fyrste presidenten av Turkmenistan, Saparmurat Niyazov, også kjend som Turkmenbashi. Mindre enn to år etter at han døydde i desember 2006 blei tilvisinga til «Turkmenbashi» i refrenget erstatta av ei til «folket»,[3] og både tredje og siste vers og refrenget i byrjinga av stykket blei fjerna.
