De vereniging werd op 27 juni 1943 opgericht als 'Velox'. Op last van de KNVB werd deze naam in 1947 veranderd in 'Audax'. In 1949 ging de club verder onder de huidige naam 'Nulandia'. De thuiswedstrijden worden op "Sportpark Duyn en Dael" gespeeld.
