Saulius Ruškys (Klaipėda, 18 april 1974) is een voormalig Litouws wielrenner. Zijn specialiteit was de sprint. Ruškys reed vooral bij kleinere ploegen en heeft zodoende nooit deelgenomen aan de Ronde van Frankrijk.
