Mel Zelnick (* 28. September 1924 in New York City; † 21. Februar 2008 in Mayer, Arizona) weer en US-amerikaansch Jazz-Slagtüüchspeler.

He arbeit denn bi Marian McPartland (Great Britains, 1952), Stan Getz, Les Elgart, Boyd Raeburn, Chubby Jackson, Pete Rugolo, Peggy Lee un Nat King Cole. In de 1940er un 50er Johren weer he as Jazz-Slagtüüchspeler bi New Yorker Radiostationen beschäftigt; buterdem arbeit he in dat Orchester vun dat New Yorker Paramount Theater.
In de 1960er Johren führ he en Musikgeschäft; in de 80er Johren weer he Distriktmanager för de Firma Slingerland Drums; dorneben weer he twintig Johr lang as Begleitmusiker för Clare Willey tätig.[1] Zelnick is ok up Plattenupnahmen vun Fats Navarro (The Fabulous Fats Navarro) un Don Elliott (1955) to hören.
