မန္တလေးအရပ်ဒေသတွင် ပဲစာဥကြော်ဟု အမည်တွင်ကာ အောက်ပြည်၊ အောက်ရွာတွင် မန္တလေးပဲကြော်ဟုခေါ်သည့် အကြော်ကို ပြုလုပ်ရန်အတွက် ပဲစာဥ (red bean) နို့ဆီဗူး (၁) ဗူး ကောက်ညှင်းမှုန့် လက်ဖက်ရည်ကြမ်းပန်းကန် (၂ )လုံး၊ ဂျင်း လက်တစ်ဆစ်၊ ဆား လက်ဖက်ရည်ဇွန်း တစ်ဝက်၊ ရေ အနည်းငယ် တို့လိုအပ်ပါသည်။
ပထမဦးစွာ ပဲစာဥများကို နူးအောင် ပြုတ်ပါ။ ထို့နောက် ပဲစာဥများကို ဇွန်းဖြင့် ခြေပါ။ ဂျင်းကို ညက်စွာထောင်ပြီးနောက် ပဲစာဥ၊ ကောက်ညှင်းမှုန့်၊ ဆား၊ ရေတို့ဖြင့်ရောနယ်ပါ။ မပျော့လွန်း ၊ မမာလွန်းအနေရရှိရန် ရေကို အတိုးအလျော့ ချိန်ဆ၍ ထည့်ပါ။ ထို့နောက် မီးပြင်းပြင်းဖြင့် ဆီကို အပူပေးကာ ပဲစာဥကို နှစ်သက်ရာ ပုံပြုကာ ကြော်နိုင်သည်။
