Pusat Kongres Antarabangsa, Katowice (ICC) (pol. Międzynarodowe Centrum Kongresowe w Katowicach, MCK) ialah sebuah pusat persidangan dan perhimpunan pelbagai guna. Ia telah dibuka kepada orang ramai pada 2015. Ia dimiliki oleh Bandar Katowice dan sejak Mei 2016 ia diuruskan oleh PTWP Event Center sp. z o.o. dalam sebuah pajakan pelbagai tahun daripada bandar.[5]

Katowice, dalam sebahagian besar sejarah modennya, pernah menjadi pekan perlombongan batu arang dan pusat kawasan perindustrian Poland – Silesia. Bersama-sama dengan kawasan berdekatan, Spodek, Muzium Silesia dan Okestra Simfoni Kebangsaan Poland,[6] Pusat Kongres Antarabangsa dibina di kawasan pascaperindustrian di Lombong Batu Arang "Katowice" lama, yang beroperasi lewat 1990-an.[7][8] Tempat ini berdiri di tapak buangan sisa lombong lama yang dikelaskan "2A".
Pada 2011 Bandar Katowice memulakan pembinaan tempat ini dengan jumlah keseluruhan 378 juta PLN (182 juta PLN dari belanjawan EU).[9] Tempat ini direka oleh JEMS Architekci dan kontrak pembinaan dianugerahkan kepada Polimex–Mostostal usaha sama. Selepas kontrak dengan Polimex-Mostostal luput, konsortium Warbud dan Mercury Engineering dianugerahkan pembinaan ini.[9] Reka bentuk pusat ini, dengan sebuah ngarai jelas melaluinya untuk menghilangkan sebarang halangan daripada pandangan Spodek, telah dialu-alukan dan bangunan ini tercalon dalam anugerah Mies van der Rohe pada 2017.[10][11] Tempat ini bersambung secara langsung dengan Spodek melalui sebuah terowong bawah tanah.[12]
Pembinaan tempat ini berakhir pada Mac 2015, setahun lebih masa. Pada 12–15 Mac, pusat kongres ini mengadakan acara pertamanya – Ekspo Intel ESL Katowice.[8]
Pusat kongres ini dibahagikan kepada 4 bahagian:[8][10][13][14]
Tempat ini mempunyai medan kereta bermuatan 1500 buah kereta dan bas.[13]
Bersama-sama Spodek, pusat ini mengendalikan acara lebih daripada 25 000 hadirin.[5]
Bandar Katowice telah mewujudkan Zon Budaya (pol. Strefa Kultury) di sekeliling bahagian yang dibangunkan semula dalam bandar tersebut.[15] Kos keseluruhan pembaharuan semula bandar zon ini mencecah 1 bilion PLN.[16] Zon ini menerima pelbagai anugerah, termasuk MP Power Multi Venue 2018, REAL ESTATE IMPACTOR 2018, Meeting Planner Power Awards 2016 dan Produk Pelancongan Terbaik Tahun 2015 dalam pertandingan anjuran Pertubuhan Pelancong Poland.[7][10][17]
