Carlo Ninchi (31 Mei 1897 – 1 Mei 1974) merupakan pelakon filem Itali. Beliau muncul dalam 128 buah filem dari tahun 1931 hingga 1963. Antara filem lakonan beliau adalah La Wally (1932), The Za-Bum Circus (1944), dan Gli amanti di Ravello (1951).
