बेनिन फुटबॉल संघ (फ्रेंच: L'équipe du Bénin de football; फिफा संकेत: BEN) हा पश्चिम आफ्रिकामधील बेनिन देशाचा राष्ट्रीय पुरुष फुटबॉल संघ आहे. आफ्रिकेमधील सी.ए.एफ.चा सदस्य असलेला बेनिन सध्या फिफाच्या जागतिक क्रमवारीमध्ये ९१व्या स्थानावर आहे. आजवर बेनिन एकाही फिफा विश्वचषक अथवा फिफा कॉन्फेडरेशन्स चषक स्पर्धांमध्ये खेळला नाही. त्याने आफ्रिकन देशांचा चषक स्पर्धेमध्ये तीन वेळा पात्रता मिळवली आहे.
