लावा फटाकडी, बेलनची फटाकडी किंवा बटेर कुकडी (इंग्रजी:Eastern Baillon’s crake) हा एक लहान पक्षी आहे.

या पक्ष्याचा आकार लहान आहे. त्याची चोच आखूड असते, खालचा भाग तपकिरी व त्यावर अरुंद पांढऱ्या आणि काळ्या रेषा असतात. राखी कूस आणि शेपटीखालील भागावरील पट्ट्यांवरून ओळखण असते. चोच हिरवट किंवा पिवळट असते पाय हिरवट असतात. हे पक्षी मुख्यत: कीटक आणि पाण्यातील जीव खातात.
भारत, श्रीलंका आणि अंदमान बेटांवर हिवाळी रहिवासी असतात. काश्मीरमध्ये जून-जुलै या काळात विलीण असतात.
हे पक्षी बोरूची बेटे आणि पाणी असलेल्या भातशेतीच्या ठिकाणी आढळतात.
