काथ (इंग्लिश: Catechu ;) हा बाभूळवर्गीय वनस्पतींपासून, विशेषकरून खैरापासून मिळणारा पदार्थ आहे. खैराचे लाकूड पाण्यात उकळून बनवलेला अर्क वाळवल्यावर काथ मिळतो. काथ निसर्गतः अॅस्ट्रिंजंट गुणधर्माचा असतो. आयुर्वेदात पूर्वीपासून मुखशुद्धीसाठी तांबूल बनवण्याकरता याचा वापर होतो. आधुनिक काळात पान मसाला व गुटखा ही उत्पादने बनवतानाही घटकपदार्थ म्हणून काथाचा वापर केला जातो.
यात गोवरी काथ,गुलाबी काथ वगैरेही प्रकार आहेत.
