തെന്നിന്ത്യൻ ചലച്ചിത്രമേഖലയിലെ ഒരു നടനാണ് ശരത് ബാബു. കന്നട, മലയാളം, തമിഴ്, തെലുങ്ക് എന്നീ ഭാഷകളിൽ ശരത് അഭിനയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ചലച്ചിത്രരംഗത്ത് 35 വർഷത്തോളമായി ഉള്ള ശരത് ഏകദേശം 200 ലധികം ചലച്ചിത്രങ്ങളിൽ അഭിനയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. അധികം വേഷങ്ങൾ സഹനടനായിട്ടാണ് മിക്ക ചിത്രങ്ങളിൽ അഭിനയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്.
