ഫ്രഞ്ച് ഫുട്ബോളറും 2007 മുതൽ യൂറോപ്യൻ ഫുട്ബോൾ സംഘടനകളുടെ തലവനുമാണ് മിഷേൽ പ്ലറ്റീനി( ജനനം: 1955 ജൂൺ 21). 1978, 1982,1986 ലോകകപ്പുകളിലും ഫ്രാൻസിന്റെ 1976 ലെ ഒളിംപിക്സ് ഫുട്ബോൾ ടീമിലും പ്ലാറ്റിനി അംഗമായിരുന്നു. 72 തവണ ഫ്രാൻസിന്റെ ജേഴ്സി അണിഞ്ഞ പ്ലാറ്റീനി 1987 ൽ വിരമിച്ചു.1988 മുതൽ 1992 വരെ ഫ്രഞ്ച് ദേശീയ ടീമിന്റെ പരിശീലകനുമായിരുന്നു.
