സാൻഫ്രാൻസിസ്കോ ഉൾക്കടലിൽ നിർമ്മിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന തൂക്കുപാലമാണ് ഗോൾഡൻ ഗേറ്റ് പാലം. അമേരിക്കയിലെ നഗരമായ സാൻഫ്രാൻസിസ്കോയെയും കാലിഫോർണിയയിലെ മാരിൻ കൗണ്ടിയേയും തമ്മിൽ ഈ പാലം ബന്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. സാൻഫ്രാൻസിസ്കോയെ കുറിക്കുന്ന പ്രശസ്ത സ്ഥലപരമായ അടയാളങ്ങളിലൊന്നാണിത്. [7]
