ഭഗത് സിംഗിന്റെ വളരെ അടുത്ത സഹപ്രവർത്തകനായിരുന്നു സുഖ്ദേവ് (ജീവിതകാലം: 15 മെയ് 1907 - മാർച്ച് 23, 1931). ലാഹോർ കേന്ദ്രമാക്കി പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിരുന്ന റെവല്യുഷണറി പാർട്ടിയിൽ അദ്ദേഹം സജീവമായി പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഭഗത് സിംഗിനെപ്പോലെ അദ്ദേഹവും വിപ്ലവ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിൽ സജീവ സാന്നിധ്യമായിരുന്നു. 1928 -ൽ ജെ. പി സൗണ്ടേർസ് എന്ന ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് പോലീസുദ്യോഗസ്ഥനെ വധിക്കാൻ ഭഗത്സിംഗിനും രാജ്ഗുരുവിനും ഒപ്പം സുഖ്‌ദേവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
