മണിപ്പൂർ സംസ്ഥാനത്തിലെ ബിഷ്ണുപൂർ ജില്ലയിലാണ് കിബുൾ ലംജാവോ ദേശീയോദ്യാനം സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത്. 1977-ലാണ് ഇത് നിലവിൽ വന്നത്.

40 ചതുരശ്ര കിലോമീറ്ററാണ് ഇതിന്റെ വിസ്തൃതി.മണിപ്പൂരിന്റെ തലസ്ഥാനമായ ഇംഫാലിൽ നിന്നും 53 കിലോമീറ്റർ അകലെയായി ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ശുദ്ധജല തടാകങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്നായ ലോക്‌താക് തടാകത്തോട് ചേർന്നു കിടക്കുന്ന ദേശീയഉദ്യാനമാണിത് . ചതുപ്പുകൾ നിറഞ്ഞതാണീ പ്രദേശം.
