ഏണെസ്റ്റോ കാർഡിനൽ

നിക്കരാഗ്വൻ റോമൻ കത്തോലിക്കാ പുരോഹിതനും കവിയും രാഷ്ട്രീയപ്രവർത്തകനും വിമോചനദൈവശാസ്ത്രത്തിന്റെ വക്താവുമാണ് ഏണെസ്റ്റോ കാർഡിനൽ (ജനനം: 20 ജനുവരി 1925). 1965–1977 കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽ ആദ്ദേഹം സോളെന്റിനെയിം ദ്വീപുകൾ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചു പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു. ഇവിടുത്തെ പ്രിമിറ്റിവിസ്റ്റ് കലാ സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ സ്ഥാപകനാണ്. സാൻഡനിസ്റ്റ പാർട്ടിയിൽ അംഗമായ ഇദ്ദേഹം 1979 മുതൽ 1987 വരെ നിക്കരാഗ്വെയുടെ സാംസ്കാരിക വകുപ്പു മന്ത്രിയായിരുന്നു.
