SNP tilts (slovāku: Most SNP no slovāku: Most Slovenského národného povstania — 'Slovāku nacionālās sacelšanās tilts'), bieži tiek dēvēts arī kā Jaunais tilts (slovāku: Nový most), ir tilts pāri Donavai Bratislavā, Slovākijas galvaspilsētā. Šis ir pasaulē garākais vanšu tilts, kam ir tikai viens pilons.

Šis ir asimetrisks vanšu tilts, kur attālums starp abiem balstiem ir 303 metri. Tā tērauda konstrukciju notur tērauda vantis, kas piestiprinātās pie krastā esošā divu pīlāru balsta. Tilta kopējais garums ir 430,8 metri, platums 21 metrs un tas sver 537 tonnas.
Vēl šo tiltu īpašu padara pilona galā, 84,6 metru augstumā, izbūvētais restorāns, kam ir lidojošā šķīvīša forma, no kura paveras brīnišķīga Bratislavas panorāma. Sākotnēji tā nosaukums bija Bystrica, bet 2005. gadā pārdēvēts par UFO. Lai nokļūtu restorānā ir jāizmanto austrumu pīlārā iebūvētais lifts. Rietumu pīlārā ir iebūvētas evakuācijas kāpnes ar 430 pakāpieniem. SNP tiltam ir četras autotransporta joslas augšējā līmenī un gājēju un riteņbraucēju ceļi apakšējā līmenī.
Kopš tilta celtniecības 1972. gadā to dēvē par SNP tiltu (Most SNP), kaut arī vietējie to sauca par Jauno tiltu. 1993. gadā, Bratislavas pilsētas dome pārdēvēja tiltu par Jauno tiltu (Nový Most), lai apvienotu tilta nosaukumu ar to kā to sauc tauta. 2012. gadā Bratislavas pilsētas dome pēc Bratislavas vecpilsētas mēra Taņas Rosovas iniciatīvas nomainīja tilta nosaukumu uz sākotnējo.[1]
Tilts tika būvēts no 1967. līdz 1972. gadam pēc A. Tesara, J. Lacko un I. Slameņa projekta.[2] Oficiāli to atklāja 1972. gada 26. augustā, un tas bija otrs tilts pāri Donavai Bratislavā. Liela daļa vecpilsētas pie Bratislavas pils, tajā skaitā arī ebreju kvartāls, tika nojaukti, lai izbūvētu tilta braucamās daļas, kas raisīja diskusijas.[3] Tomēr tilts atviegloja satiksmi un paātrināja ļaužu nokļūšanu pilsētas otrā krastā. Tilta celtniecības procesā tika atsegtas vēsturiskas mūru daļas.
