Mikolajiva (ukraiņu: Миколаїв) ir rajona nozīmes pilsēta un rajona centrs Ukrainas rietumos, Ļvivas apgabalā pie Dņestras upes. Pie pilsētas atrodas cementa rūpnīca.

Ar Polijas karaļa atļauju dibināta 1570. gadā. Ietilpa Žečpospolitā. Pēc Polijas pirmās dalīšanas 1772. gadā pilsēta iekļāvās Austrijas impērijā.
Pēc Pirmā pasaules kara Mikolajiva tika iekļauta jaunizveidotajā Polijas valstī. Sākoties Otrajam pasaules karam, pamatojoties uz Molotova-Ribentropa paktu, Mikolajivu ieņēma PSRS karaspēks. Pēc Vācijas uzbrukuma PSRS Mikolajivu ieņēma vācu karaspēks un iekļāva Ģenerālgubernatūras sastāvā.
Pēc Otrā pasaules kara lielākā daļa atlikušie poļu iedzīvotāji pārcēlās vai tika padzīti uz dzīvi Polijā, sevišķi uz tās rietumu apgabaliem, no kuriem savukārt tika padzīti vācieši. Līdz 1991. gadam Mikolajiva atradās Ukrainas PSR sastāvā.
