Acupīte (arī Acupe)[1] ir upe Latvijā, Rūjas kreisā krasta pieteka Valkas un Valmieras novados. Sākas Piliča ezerā netālu no Igaunijas robežas, 87 metrus virs jūras līmeņa. 4,6 km garumā ir Latvijas un Igaunijas robežupe (tek caur Pukšezeru). Ietek Rūjā Naukšēnos.[2] Pietekas: Kiviste (Igaunijā), Pētersonu grāvis, Baltupe, Ķire (kreisās), Maiļupīte, Spriņģupīte, Gulbene (labās). Upi šķērso valsts autoceļš V257 (Kārķi–Upeslejas). Pie Ērmuižām - Acupes akmens.
