Tulų kalba (ತುಳು ಭಾಷೆ = Tuḷu bāse) – dravidų kalbų šeimos kalba, vartojama daugiausia tulų tautybės žmonių. Paplitusi Pietų Indijoje: iš esmės pietvakarių Karnatakoje ir šiaurės Keraloje. Taip pat ja šnekama išeivijoje (daugiausia Maharaštroje, Persų įlankos šalyse). Kalbančiųjų skaičius – apie 2 mln. žmonių.

Dabar tulų kalba užrašoma iš kaimynų kanadų paimtu kanadų raštu, nors seniau naudojo tigalari raštą. Seniausi žinomi įrašai tulų kalba žinomi iš XIV–XV a. Kalbininkai tulų kalbą laiko artima dravidų prokalbei, nuo kurios, ji, kaip manoma, atskilo prieš 2000 metų. Tulų kalba yra viena iš 5 dravidų kalbų, turinčių rašytinę literatūra (tiesa, jos gausa kaimynams gerokai nusileidžia). Į tulų kalbą (XIV–XIX a.) yra išversta „Mahabharata“, „Bhagavata purana“, „Devi Mahatmja“ ir kiti, daugiausia religiniai tekstai. Tulų kalba sukurta daug žodinio paveldo – epai (pvz., Siri Paddana), mįslės, dainos, teatriniai vaidinimai, bhadžanai. Nuo 1971 m. yra statomi filmai tulų kalba.
Tulų kalba turi 6 kalbos dalis: daiktavardį, veiksmažodį, įvardį, skaitvardį, būdvardį ir dalelytę. Kalbos dalys kaitomos 3 giminėmis (vyriškoji, moteriškoji, bevardė), 2 skaičiais, vardažodžiai kaitomi 8 linksniais.
