siRNR (angl. small interfering RNA arba short interfering RNA) – egzogeninė 20-25 nt ilgio nekoduojanti RNR, kuri dalyvauja genų ekspresijos reguliacijoje. siRNR dirbtinai gali būti įvedama į organizmą tam, kad išjungtų norimus (siRNR komplementarius) genus. siRNR siūlomas panašus veikimo mechanizmas kaip ir miRNR, kuri nuo siRNR skiriasi tuo, kad yra endogeninės kilmės, t. y. miRNR koduoja pats organizmas.
