Plitvicų ežerai (kroat. Plitvička jezera) – nacionalinis parkas Kroatijoje, apie 140 km nuo Zagrebo, netoli Bosnijos ir Hercegovinos sienos. Parkas garsėja savo 16 ežerų, tekančių vienas į kitą įspūdingais kriokliais.

Ežerai išsidėstę pietinėje Kapelos kalnų, kurie sudaro dalį Dinarų kalnų, dalyje, 503–639 m aukštyje. Visų ežerų ilgis sudaro 8 km, o bendras plotas apie 200 hektarų.
1979 m. Plitvicų ežerai buvo įtraukti į UNESCO Pasaulio paveldo sąrašą.
