Albert Hensel (1895 m. vasario 9 d. Berlyne, Vokietija – 1933 m. spalio 18 d. Pavija, Italija) – vokiečių teisininkas, teisėtyrininkas mokestininkas, Bonos ir Karaliaučiaus universiteto (KU) profesorius.
Hensel – vienintelis matematikos profesoriaus Kurt Hensel ir jo žmonos Gertrud (mergautinė pav. – Hahn; 1866–1954) sūnus. Jo protėviai – filosofas Moses Mendelssohn, prosenelė – kompozitorė Fanny Hensel, kompozitoriaus Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy sesuo.
Albert Hensel habilitaciją Bonos universitete, nuo 1923 m. Bonos u. profesorius, vėliau – ordinarinis viešosios teisės profesorius Kenigsbergo universitete (1929–1933).
Mokesčių teise susidomėjo trumpalaikės tarnybos Marburgo mokesčių inspekcijoje. Nuo 1923 m. ekstraordinarinis profesorius Bonos u. Būdamas 29 metų paskelbė savo pagrindinį veikalą – išsamų mokslinį sisteminį Vokietijos mokesčių teisės peržiūrėjimą. Knyga 1927 ir 1933 metais buvo naujai perleista ir išversta į italų bei japonų kalbas.
Vokietijos teisininkų mokestininkų bendrija nuo 1981 m. kasmet skiria Henselio vardo premiją (Albert-Hensel-Preis) jaunajam VFR mokslininkui, esmingai prisidėjusiam ištiriant arba išplėtojant mokesčių teisę.
