1981 m. Formulės 1 sezonas – 32-tas FIA organizuotas Formulės 1 sezonas, kuris prasidėjo kovo 15 ir baigėsi spalio 17 dieną. Sezoną sudarė 15 lenktynių.[1] Šių metų čempionu tapo brazilas Nelson Piquet, pelnęs tris pergales, o komanda čempione tapo Williams.
