Paukštakių apylinkė – Lietuvos TSR administracinis-teritorinis vienetas vakarų Lietuvoje.
Apylinkė įkurta užėjus sovietams XX a. 5-ajame dešimtmetyje. 1949 m. buvo Alsėdžių valsčiuje,[1] 1950 m. priskirta naujam Plungės rajonui.[2] 1954 m. prijungta Vilkaičių apylinkė ir dalis Grumblių apylinkės, o dalis Paukštakių apylinkės prijungta prie Telšių rajono Lieplaukės apylinkės.[3] 1963 m. prijungta Jogaudų apylinkė.[4]
