Panagiurištė (bulg. Панагюрище) – miestas Pazardžiko srityje, pietų Bulgarijoje. Įsikūręs nedideliame Sredna Goros slėnyje. Nutolęs 91 km į rytus nuo Sofijos, 43 km į šiaurę nuo Pazardžiko ir 37 km į pietus nuo Zlaticos. Panagiurištės savivaldybės administracinis centras. 17 807 gyventojai (2014 m. duomenys).

Mieste yra dvi stačiatikių bažnyčios, du muziejai, du teatrai. Išlikę keli seni, rekonstruoti pastatai. Miesto šiaurės rytuose yra didelis parkas, kuriame yra dirbtinis ežeras, žaidimų aikštelė ir Orcho Voivoda stadionas.
Pavadinimas graikų kalba reiškia „festivalis“ arba „mugė“.
Gyvenvietė atsirado viduramžiuose. Bulgarų–osmanų karų metu didžioji gyventojų dalis buvo išžudyti. Po Antrojo pasaulinio karo Panagiurištė tapo svarbiu pramonės centru. Pastatyta vario gavybos ir perdirbimo įmonė, du tekstilės fabrikai, taip pat nedidelė plastiko gamykla.
