Laižuvos Švč. Trejybės bažnyčia – bažnyčia, stovinti Laižuvos miestelyje, 0,8 km į pietus nuo Lietuvos ir Latvijos valstybės sienos. Pastatyta 1884 m., įrengta 1944 m.
Mažųjų Dirvėnų valsčiaus 1635 m. inventoriuje minima Laižuvos bažnyčia. 1661 m. pastatyta nauja, įkurta parapija. Ona Pacaitė-Važinskienė bažnyčiai dovanojo 71 valaką žemės su žmonėmis.
1773 m. pastatyta nauja bažnyčia. Laižuvos parapijai Kazimieras Klimavičius 1767 m. išleido lietuvišką katekizmą. Apie 1876 m. klebonu paskirtas Antanas Vienažindys (1841–1892; palaidotas Laižuvos kapinėse) su vargonininku Juozapu Ramanausku (1856–1933 m.) ir parapijiečiais pastatė tvartą, klėtį, suremontavo kleboniją, 1883 m. sumūrijo Kryžiaus kelio stočių koplytėles.
1884 m. vasarą per miestelio gaisrą sudegė bažnyčia, prieglauda ir altarija. Per keletą mėnesių A. Vienažindžio rūpesčiu pastatyta prieglauda, tvartas, laikina bažnyčia kapinėse. Prašyta leisti statyti mūrinę bažnyčią (archit. Ustinas Golinevičius). Leidimas gautas tik 1889 m. Klebonas A. Vienažindys su parapijiečiais ją pastatė 1890–1892 m. Statybos darbams vadovavo meistras iš Latvijos Pranciškus Tramdachas, prižiūrėjo inžinierius iš Jelgavos Kryžanovskis. 1892 m. gegužės 22 d. bažnyčia pašventinta. Laižuvoje 1911–1914 m. klebonavo Juozas Tumas-Vaižgantas.
1944 m. spalio 28 d. traukdamasi Vokietijos kariuomenė bažnyčią susprogdino. Liko tik prieglauda, suremontuota veikia kaip bažnyčia. Iki tol pamaldos vyko Purplių koplyčioje.
Bažnyčia stačiakampio plano, bebokštė.
