Kotelnikovas (rus. Котельниково) – miestas Rusijoje, Volgogrado srityje, 190 km į pietvakarius nuo Volgogrado, prie Aksai Kuromiarskio upės. Rajono centras. Praeina geležinkelio ruožas ir plentas Volgogradas–Salskas. Yra aerodromas. Maisto pramonė, žemės ūkis. Apylinkėse yra dideli kalio druskos telkiniai.

1897 m. prie geležinkelio įkurta Nikolajevskio gyvenvietė, vėliau imta vadinti Kotelnikovskaja. 1929–1955 m. – miesto tipo gyvenvietė Kotelnikovskis, nuo 1955 m. – miestas Kotelnikovas. TSRS laikais veikė žemės ūkio įrengimų gamybos, armatūros, konservų, pieno gamyklos.[5]
