Guaranda (isp. Guaranda, pilnas pavadinimas – San Pedro de Guaranda) – miestas centriniame Ekvadore, Andų kalnų slėnyje; Bolivaro provincijos administracinis centras. Plentai į Riobambą, Ambatą, Babahoją.

Svarbus žemdirbystės centras. Vyksta prekyba žemės ūkio produkcija. Mieste yra paminklas išvaduotojui Simonui Bolivarui.
Miestas įkurtas konkistadorų 1571 m. ir apgyvendintas nuo Limos inkvizicijos pasitraukusių Ispanijos žydų. Oficialiai pripažintas 1811 m. Guarandą 1674 ir 1775 m. nuniokojo žemės drebėjimai.
