Omis (近江国; Ōmi no kuni) – senoji Japonijos žemė, kurios vietoje dabar yra Šigos prefektūra. Žemė priklausė Tōsandō regionui.

Pilies miestas ir senoji žemės sostinė buvo įsikūrusi netoli Ocu miesto. Sengoku laikotarpiu šiaurinė Omio dalis priklausė Išidai Micunariui, Tokugavos Iejasu priešininkui Sekigaharos mūšyje. Išidą nugalėjus, Tokugava Iejasu padovanojo feodą savo sąjungininkams, Ijo klanui, kurio nariai pastatė Hikonės pilį.
