Ephemeris (Graece ἐφημερίς, ab ἐπὶ 'in' et ἡμέρα 'dies') est liber in quo res gestae per singulos dies scribuntur. In lingua antiqua similia significantia sunt diarium et acta diurna. Aliqui scriptores Latinitatis recentioris distinguunt ephemerides privatos a diariis vel a actis diurnis publicis. Veterrima ephemeris nota est Ephemeris Merer curatoris, in Aegypto inventa. Ephemeris recentior praeclara est Ephemeris Annae Frank, victimae Soae.
